Join us at the Science Festival in the Technical Museum for a workshop on aerial robotics. The event will take place on Friday, April 26th, from 10:00 to 12:00. The workshop will be held by Larics members: Dario Stuhne, Marijana Peti, Doc. dr. sc. Goran Vasiljevicć, and Izv. prof. dr. sc. Tamara Petrović. Don't forget to visit Larics website and AeroSTREAM website for more information.
Description of the workshop:
If you're interested in how unmanned aerial vehicles, popularly known as drones, fly, join us for a workshop on aerial robotics. The workshop will begin with a short presentation where you'll learn how these vehicles fly and what sensors they use to navigate unknown spaces without human intervention and understand the world around them. You'll have the opportunity to get firsthand experience with all the sensors on the aircraft and see how artificial intelligence is used to understand the environment. Then, you'll witness a demonstration of the aircraft in action – a formation flight showcasing various choreographies that can be created based on it. The workshop will be supported by FER's projects AeroSTREAM and Watchplant, which deal with various aspects of robotics and new technologies.
