Ana Batinović was born in 1994 in Dubrovnik. She finished her secondary education in the Metković Gymnasium. In July 2018 she graduated from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (UNIZG-FER), as she successfully defended her master's thesis “Decetralized strategy for cooperative multi-robot exploration”. During her education, she received Rector's award. She was an active member of IEEE Zagreb Student Branch and organiser of a few events, such as IEEE Technical Opportunities Week, Zagreb Energy Congress, Croatian Student, and Young Professionals Congress and so on.

She is currently employed as a Research assistant in the Laboratory for Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems. Her research interests include autonomous 2D and 3D exploration and mapping using unmanned aerial and ground vehicles.
