Marin Maletić, is a research associate at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. He holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies with a specialization in automation and robotics. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, and autonomous systems, with practical experience in tools such as ROS, Python, and Docker. His master’s thesis focused on intelligent UAV control for 3D object detection using YOLO neural networks and semantic spatial reasoning with language models. He has prior experience from the FSB Racing Team and Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., and spent a semester at the University of Coimbra as part of academic exchange.
