Robert Milijaš, M.Sc.
Ph.D. student, Assistant/Researcher

Robert Milijaš received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and information technology from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, in 2017 and 2019.

 

From 2019 he is a research assistant with the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing Laboratory for Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems (LARICS) where he is currently pursuing the PhD degree in electrical engineering. He is the author of eight conference papers. His research interests include SLAM, unmanned aerial vehicles and LiDAR perception. He participated in two short exchanges in scope of the AeroTwin and AeroSTREAM project.

 

As part of the LARICS team he participated in the 2020 and 2024 MBZIRC robotics competittions. He participated in the projects EC H2020 ENCORE and EKOKOMVOZ, and his contributions extend to the projects VirtualUAVs and Danieli. He is currently leading the OTIP project.
