LARICS participated in a Knowledge Thursday lecture with Croatian Telecom (HT) and Bokamobile, where we learned about using robotics for promotional purposes. We also held a presentation of our own about the technical background of robotics and described our work and activities.
The lecutre was held in their offices in Sky Tower, on Thursday, November 16, 2017. Our partners from the Croatian Telecom and Bokamobile presented the motivation and rationale for using the robot Pepper in HT's promotional activities. Our part of the presentation covered the technical aspects of the robot and the project. We also gave a brief overview of our day-to-day robotics activities with emphasis on the ADORE project.
Just before the talk, we finished our Pepper training for Croatian Telecom's personnel, marking a successful finish to this phase of our collaboration.
