Every year, the celebration of the Day of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing starts with a ceremony of receiving the „Josip Lončar“ Awards for the best achievements in the former academic year. A young LARICS researcher, Tomislav Haus, was the recipient of the Bronze Plaque Josip Loncar for remarkable results achieved in the 5-year studying period (he has a perfect exam score 5.0).
