LARICS and HRID d.d. Zagreb signed a one-year contract to work together on the project “Control system for a 3DOF steam generator tube inspection manipulator“. It is worth to mention that the result of the project will be the manipulator that is completely designed by Croatian engineers. The control system is based on the Ultimodule hardware already used in the Lab for control of a SCARA robot KIWI. Besides servo control, LARICS will develop an integrated vision system for supervision and guidance of the manipulator.
