Prof. Zdenko Kovačić attended the 27th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2019) in Split, Croatia, where he presented the paper entitled “NAO Robot as Demonstrator of Rehabilitation Exercises after Fractures of Hands”. The paper brought to attention the results of the work of a LARICS student Dora Matić on the robot’s assistance to physiotherapists during rehabilitation exercises with patients with healed hand fractures. Eighteen exercises were analysed and using the Choregraphe programming tool for the NAO humanoid robot, a choreography has been made for them (see video on the LARICS’ YouTube channel).
